In history, Vikings are known as nomadic and barbaric in nature due to their constant pillaging of villages and cities during the Middle Ages. They are skilled seafarers who dared to cross the Atlantic Ocean without having any tools for navigation except for their knowledge of the stars. Some of the famous Vikings who made name in history are Ryuyik, Eric the Red and Leif Erikkson.
