Eric Lecarde a.k.a. "Wind"
Trivia:
As its name implies, the Alucard Spear is a magical weapon which once belong to the son of Dracula himself. It was handed down to Eric Lecarde whose bloodline is related to the famous Belmont clan. Imbued with holy powers against the minions of darkness, the spear was made by Alucard himself to compliment the Vampire Killer whip which is currently wielded by the Morris family.
