Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Berries Guide

    Table of Contents:

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

    1) Where can I find free berries?

Answer: There are people who give away berries once a day. There is one in Route 208's shop and another one in a house just left of the Pokemart of Pastoria City.

    2) How do I make the plants grow?

Answer: You need to use the Growth Mulch. It promotes faster growth of the plants. Be careful though, for it accelerates the soil from getting dry.

    3) I can't remember where I planted my berries. What should I do?

Answer: The little girl in the house of the Berry Master in Route 208 can help you. Her Berry Searcher Poketech app will show you all your plants' location.

    Trivia:

    1) Payapa Berry is obviously named after the Papaya fruit.

    2) The word "Grepa" from Grepa Berry is most likely a pun for Grape fruit.

    3) Some berries were named backwards just to make a distinction from their original counterparts. For example, the Lum Berry is actually Mulberry spelled backwards.
