In Nintendo DS handheld console, when you set your birthday to the current date, Vincent will have a birthday surprise for you. The Birthday Cake is unlocked in his inventory which is specially made for such momentous occasion. The only downside is, it is definitely "not for free" and will cost you $3000 just to have one.
