In one scene at Goro's bathhouse, Emily mentioned her mother who once fought side by side with Sharon's mother during the Toran Liberation War, some 18 years ago. Her mother was the herculean martial art fighter, Ronnie Bell. While her father is Mose, a renown blacksmith who once forged the Fire Spears used by the Toran Liberation Army.
