1) Where can I find these quotes?
They are triggered whenever you add and change party members from Leona.
2) Is there another person where I can change my party members aside from Leona?
There is one but only in a rare event. There will be a time wherein Apple is in charge on deploying and changing party members.
3) Where can I add Tir McDohl in my party?
There is no way you can deploy him from Leona's tavern. You need to travel back to Gregminster in Toran Republic just to have him in your party. However, if you are using a Gameshark code you can directly deploy him from Leona's tavern.
4) What are other things that the Gameshark codes can do aside from deploying Tir directly?
Gameshark codes got dozens of tricks to play the game with ease and convenience. You can deploy characters that are in conflict with other character's slot such as Valeria and Kasumi or Feather, Sigfried, Abizboah and Roludia. Instead of choosing a limited number of characters you can have them all in the selection screen. If there are characters you missed or never had in your party such as Chuchara and the Flying Squirrels, you can have them in an instant by putting in the right codes.
5) Why does Tir McDohl had a missing deployment quote?
Tir has no quote when you put him in, but only when he is taken out from the party.
Tips and Tricks:
1) Try to put Flik in the party before putting Nina and she'll have a different deployment quote.
2) How do you like to see Jowy fighting side-by-side by his enemies, the Allied Army? Yes, there is a way to get Jowy fight on your side while fighting him at the same time in the Highland Army. To do this trick you need a Gameshark code that enables him to be at Leona's character selection screen.
Fun Facts:
1) Humphrey Mintz is the only character who utters no word when deployed and removed from the party. He was originally not a taciturn person until the Kalekka Accident changed him drastically. The accident happened some 7 years before the Toran Liberation War or 10 years before the Dunan Unification War broke out.
2) Simone Verdricci, just like his friend Vincent, is a narcissist to the core. They love to drink tea on a idyllic place and have strong affinity to elegant clothes, beautiful things, refinement of oneself and camaraderie. They treasure friendship with great reverence and usually call their friends, "mon ami." The word "mon ami" means "my friend" in French. Even in deploying and removing him in party, Simone used to call Riou "mon ami." While Vincent calls him "my friend" which means the same things anyway.
3) If you put Chaco in the party he'll say, "He he. I'm as strong as 100 men!" These words reflect the worth of a fighter as an invaluable ally. Although he said this in a jest yet there are two other men in the Allied Army who said the same words to Riou-- they are Amada and Gantetsu. Both men are known for their rough and rugged personality. They also love the company of strong people and proud of it.

For the purpose of this guide, Riou is the given name for the main protagonist and Tir for the young McDohl.
Some translation errors and mispelled words were edited to avoid confusion. Names of characters are also arranged alphabetically for easy browsing and quick search.
