Blanka
Trivia:
In the 1994 movie of Street Fighter, Blanka and Charlie was depicted as the same person. Charlie was caught by Shadaloo and became a test subject for the very first super soldier that M. Bison wanted to mass produced. The result is a green-skinned monster called Blanka. However, this story is not part of the original canon.
