T. Hawk
Trivia:
T. Hawk was designed probably to rival the strength and bulk of both Zangief and E. Honda. However, despite his gargantuan size and brute strength he can perform aerial moves that is unlikely to be seen manuevered by a heavy weight fighter. His aerial techniques include the Rising Hawk and Diving Hawk.
