Fei Long
Trivia:
Most characters that appeared in the 1994 film adaptation of Street Fighter was based on the whole cast of characters in Street Fighter II games with the exception of Akuma and Fei-Long. Rumors has it that Captain Sawada, an exclusive character in the movie, was believed to be Fei Long's replacement. Although the character himself was never portrayed as a master of any martial arts style.
