The combined forces of South Window and Tinto once fought the Scarlet Moon Empire after Mathiu Silverburg stalled them to fight one another. Later, after the birth of Toran Republic, both the City-states forces were defeated in the retaking of Senan Area. This incident ignited the long disputes between Granmeyer and Gustav.
