Trivia:
Viktor is a heavy drinker and spent his spare time boozing at Leona's bar. He is one of the toughest guy in the Allied Army who made a name for himself even during the Toran Liberation War. However, his toughness in the battlefield does not necessarily reflects his toughness in drinking contest, wherein Rina once bested him.
