Rowd's ambition to become more than just a captain of a bunch of rookie soldiers bears to fruition shortly after the assassination of Agares Blight. The former captain of the Unicorn Brigade was promoted as the new commander of the remnants of the 3rd Highland Company. A position formerly held by general Kiba Windamier.
