Loki Harp is one of the Bard's instruments that casts Haste on allies. This ability defies time by enabling the target's turn faster than their normal duration. The name Loki is adopted from the Norse mythological god of cunning and trickery. Together with Hel, queen of the underworld, they will lead evil forces to war against the Aesir gods in the apocalyptic struggle called the Ragnarok.
