Wanderers are usually seen wearing eyeglasses. They also have the hidden knowledge to open and close Gateways. All these are found in Diadora although she never mentioned it openly to others. However, after she coined the 11th world as "Rarohenga" which means "hell" in Wanderer's language, this added weight to the speculation about her being a Wanderer. Aside from that, she also makes special comments whenever you deploy her with another Wanderer in the entourage such as Hotupa, Tuhululu or Rekareka.
