Gilliam
Trivia:
Gilliam was originally the gatekeeper of Grayridge but was appointed temporarily as an officer in charge in the Chapter Hall due to the lack of abled officers. His service was widely acknowledged and praised by the citizens even in a short time he was in charge of the state affairs. Thus, he was later appointed as the new mayor of Grayridge after the war with the One King ended.
