Loretta Lecarde
Trivia:
As one of the Lecardes, who are direct descendants of the Belmonts, Loretta is gifted with special abilities that their ancestors once possessed. She is expert in conjuring ice-based spells such as piercing icicles, blizzards and dragon creatures imbued with ice. Together with her sister Stella, they perform some of the deadliest combos that freeze their foes to death in a frigid state.
