Unlocking the Sisters Mode will enable you to play the prologue of the main story. The game features the twin sisters Stella and Loretta who came to aid their father from destroying Castlevania. They have their own fighting styles and gameplay controls which give a fresh way to play Castlevania Portrait of Ruin all over again.
