Stella Lecarde
Trivia:
The Lecarde clan is known to be a descendant of the Belmonts, thus they possess some of the vampire-hunting skills that only a Belmont can possibly do. Stella's expertise is on weapons, specifically with the sword. Her special ability on wielding magic swords and her innate affinity with the wind element made her a deadly foe to reckon with.
