With its wide range of unlockable items, hidden rooms and even special appearances of famous characters, Castlevania Portrait of Ruin is indeed full of surprises. One of which is a hidden dialogue between Vincent and Charlotte. In Vincent's shop, let Charlotte stand close to him by holding the 'Up' directional button and wait until he speak. Just make sure that she doesn't stay too close nor too far from him. This, however, may take a while to trigger the event.
