Guillaume
Trivia:
Behind his respectable looks and decent job, Guillaume is nothing but a petty thief who secretly doing dirty business with his customers. He has an antique shop at Vinay del Zexay but has an ill-reputation with his dealings. When somebody sell him an antique, he would keep the original while selling his customer with a fake one. Also, he usually buys at a cheap price and would sell them at ridiculously high cost.
In one event, Guillaume luckily stumbled upon Billy's hidden treasures at Northern Cavern. He then discredited Billy's reputation among the townspeople of Vinay del Zexay. Thus, the treasure-hunter's earlier claim of having seen a phantom ship near an old castle, which is visible at the Northern Cavern was condemned by the people as a hoax. Guillaume did this just to ward off people to enter the cave where the treasures he stole from Billy where hidden.
Some of Guillaume's sly tactics is by double-crossing his customers. At first he sell to his prospects his goods and later send his men to attack them. After which, Guillaume will reclaim all his sold goods and wait for the next victim who will subsequently fall to the same snare. According to the young sleuth, Kidd, Guillaume has been hostile towards Koroku. The green basket dog was howling out loud when he was thrown by Guillaume to the plaza's fountain. He did it after finding out that Koroku ate his lunch.
Although, Guillaume's reputation as an appraiser is quite corrupted with his greedy tricks and craftiness, yet the man has a soft heart when it comes to kids. He loves to play with them but people find it disturbingly peculiar for a man with shady background.
