Gadget Z
Trivia:
Gadget Z is a mechanical barrel currently traveling with Belle in search for the girl's mother. He is the latest version of the Gadget series that was originally created by Juppo, an inventor and trickster in Toran Republic. Fifteen years prior to the Second Fire Bringer War, Gadget Z was once a member of the Allied Army and was simply known as Gadget. Together with young Meg, they traveled the lands wandering while tracing the trails that may led to Juppo's whereabouts. It was then that the two were caught in the middle of a major war which came to be known as the Dunan Unification War.
Years later, in one eventful day, Meg was strucked by a lightning and suddenly dismantled Gadget to remodel him into a better one. Although, Gadget became twice as powerful, yet he was thrice as vulnerable than before. It was also during this time that he was called by his current name as Gadget Z. Later, Meg entrusted the mechanical robot to her daughter, Belle. Then she ran off just like Juppo before her.
Belle and Gadget Z was wandering around Zexen and Grassland in search for her mother when they were caught in a new war. They joined the Fire Bringers after Hugo helped them retrieved a lost screw that was eaten by a monster.
While staying at Budehuc Castle, Gadget Z met his former allies in the Allied Army such as Jeane, Futch, Viki, Tuta and Bright. He is specifically fond of Bright who was just a baby dragon when he first met him. Together, they can perform a spectacular duo unite attack that can deal a tremendous damage to anyone within their reach.
Roland Lesaurus seemed so very impressed of how Gadget Z works. He was so amazed how human can make a piece of barrel talk and think like a sentient being. According to Kidd, Gadget Z's body is made of cypress, thus, it smells great.
