1) Mesprit is a very elusive Pokemon that teleports to another location whenever you use the Fly ability. You can only capture it by walking.
2) To find Mesprit, you need to go to the center of Lake Verity after defeating Cyrus at Mt. Coronet. It'll eventually run off but you can have its data in the Pokedex. Check its current location by using the Marking Map given by the Poketech Co.
3) In Oreburgh City, go into the house next to the Pokemart and head to the second floor. Inside, a man who is obessesed with Zubat will ask you to show him one of your own. He will eventually give you a Heal Ball if you grant his request.
Trivia:
1) The name Torterra is a portmanteau word for tortoise and terra. The word "terra" is of Latin origin which means earth. Thus, this Pokemon is shown having a mini earth on its shell.
2) Chimchar will eventually evolved into Monferno and Infernape. If you combine the words "Infer" from the latter and "ferno" from the former the result will be "inferno."
