Answer: The Mythril Helm is definitely the best choice between the two. Aside from the obvious fact that Mythril Helm has a stronger defense, it is also a pure item. Hades' Helm, on the other hand, is a cursed item. It prevents the wearer from taking action during the first turn on each battle.
4) Aside from Hades' Helm, are there more helmets that are cursed?
Answer: Yes. There is another one, the Skull Helm. It reduces the physical damage to zero, which renders the wearer unable to inflict damage effectively. Avoid using this helm as much as possible.
Trivia:
1) Terror Tabby is probably a pun for Teletubbies. A famous television series for kids during the 90's.
2) Garuda is another name given to the legendary bird, the Phoenix. It is believed that it dies in every half a millennium and will spawn from ashes once again to live for another 5 centuries. Thus, it is closely associated to resurrection or new life.
3) Heligator and Darkodile are just some of the monsters that drops the Hairband item for Jessica. Obviously, their names are puns to alligator and crocodile respectively.
