1) What are quest deployment quotes?
These are the words of all Starbearers when they are chosen as party members for quests. You can find all these when selecting or exchanging characters from quest requests.
2) Do all Starbearers have their own quest deployment quotes?
No. Monoa and Wahie have no deployment quotes due to their unique jobs as matchmakers for quests. Of course, the main protagonist (Hero) can't be deployed since he's the one selecting the party members for each quest.
3) Who is the character with the most peculiar deployment quotes?
Nomno. All his quotes are nothing but "Zzzzzzzz." This sleepyhead Porpos talks with his eyes closed and half asleep most of the time.
4) Are there characters who have words that can hardly be figured out according to their levels of difficulty?
There are several characters who have quotes that seems to be in uniform like those of Belemuel, Buchse, Nomno and Sphiel. Also, some of the Starbearers who belongs to the support have the same quotes for all levels of difficulty. These are Erin, Eunice, Gadburg, Semias and Tongatihi.
5) Who have the least uttered words?
Belemuel. This reticent Starbearer never uttered a single word.
6) Are there quests which seems to be highly achievable but still bound to fail?
Yes. There are some quest which are indeed predetermined to fail even if the characters will say their quotes for easy level.
7) Are there quests which proved to be hard but still achievable?
Yes. There are quest which seems to be a big failure considering the fact that the characters will say their hard level quotes-- but still achievable. The key character of such quests may turn the tide of difficulty to your advantage. For example, Hotupa will most likely turn Tuhululu's requests into a huge success if you put him in the second unit of the quest parties. The former is the key party member for latter's quest requests such as "Lugenik Goods" and "Astrasian Goods."

Tips and Tricks:
1) There are few quests wherein a character will utter there easy-level quotes and yet the result will turn to a failure. Remember that there are quests which are going to fail and yet it's the only result there is such as "Zenoa Interview" and "Belemuel Interview" Party Quests.
2) Check the character reactions on every quest before deploying them. There are characters who excel on certain quests and there are also who may cause trouble. For example, don't send any Auster Folk when accepting "Taking Care of the Tablet" Party Quest for they will simply messed up.
3) There are characters who will say the same words in all type of quests such as Erin and Eunice. There is no way you can figure out if a certain quest is easy, normal or hard for them to accomplish.
Note:
The roster of characters are in alphabetical order. The quest deployment quotes, on the other hand, are arranged according to the levels of difficulty.
The word "Army" enclosed with brackets ([Army]) constitutes the name of the Company. The word "heart" enclosed with brackets ([heart]) denotes love or deep admiration. While the word "music" enclosed with brackets ([music]) means the person is singing.
The main protagonist is named "Hero" for the purpose of this guide.
